Job description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
* $275,000 Base Salary Plus Production. Base Never Goes Away
* $50,00 Sign-On Bonus.
* $20,000 Relocation Assistance
* 5 Weeks Paid Time Off Plus 7 Paid Holidays
* 5 days of CME - $6,000 allotted
* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement with Match etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
* Outpatient
* Shared Call 1:9 - Phone Consults mainly
* Average 18-24 Patients per day
* 3 MDs and 5 mid-levels on staff
* 4.5-day work week for an optimal work-life balance
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
* BE/BC
* MD/DO
* Collegial, Team Player and Works Well in a Team Environment
* North Carolina State License or Ability to Attain.
COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
* 30 minutes to Winston-Salem, NC
* 2 hours to Charlotte
* Cost of Living 16% Less Than the National Average
