Job description
MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Waterloo, Iowa, seeks an BC/BE Family Medicine physician to serve as Assistant Program Director for our established Family Medicine Residency Program. The role includes teaching residents, leadership in education, and potential OB involvement.
Compensation includes a $260,000 starting salary with a $150,000 total bonus package and generous relocation support. Office call is 1:4 with nurse triage and no hospital call; the team leads several quality-improvement efforts
