Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking core faculty for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Core faculty supervise residents in ambulatory and inpatient settings, lead curriculum development, and perform resident evaluations within the GME framework.
The role includes scholarly activity mentorship, advising on Quality Improvement projects, and supporting residents’ professional growth and career development, contributing to accreditation and program success.
