Job description
An established healthcare team in rural southwest Wisconsin, just west of the Wisconsin Dells, is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative primary care practice.
Position Highlights:
Join a collegial team of 2 physicians and 6 APCs
Care for patients across the lifespan
Primarily work at one clinic, with occasional coverage at two nearby sites
Enjoy a Monday–Friday daytime schedule
No call and no inpatient responsibilities
Access 24/7 specialist consultation
Use Epic EMR, digital radiology and telemedicine
Collaborate with behavioral health professionals
Benefit from nearby hospital resources, including a 24/7 Emergency Department
Access a broad range of on-site and outreach specialty services
Optional nursing home rounding
