Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive health care services to individuals and families, from childhood through senior adulthood.
Manage chronic illnesses, preventive wellness, urgent medical needs, and mental health issues with an empathetic approach.
Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and craft tailored treatment plans.
Work closely with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive health solutions.
Engage in initiatives aimed at continuous quality improvement for better patient results.
Utilize advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems for maintaining precise patient information.
Provide care in both in-person and virtual settings to adapt to varying patient preferences and requirements.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an approved medical institution.
Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board certification in Family Medicine.
Possess (or be eligible for) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated diagnostic prowess and clinical capabilities, particularly in preventive care.
