Job description
Community Healthcare Network in New York City is seeking a Staff Physician- Family Medicine for the Washington Heights Health Center at 511 W. 157th Street, New York, NY 10032.
The physician will deliver evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages as part of a collaborative care team. A NYS medical license and at least one year of post-graduate residency in primary care are required; prenatal and women's health interest is a plus.
