Job description
Position Overview
Locally‑owned rural health care organization in south‑central South Dakota is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics. The position is full‑time and based at a 25‑bed critical access hospital that is a Level IV trauma center.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care to 15–18 patients per day in the outpatient clinic.
Assist with inpatient and emergency department care, including OB rotation coverage with other physicians.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of 3 full‑time family medicine physicians, 1 part‑time physician, 1 general surgeon, and 5 advanced practice providers.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with Obstetrics.
South Dakota medical license or in the process of obtaining one.
Open to new graduates and H1B candidates.
