Job description
A well-established Long Term Care and Assisted Living group wants to add a Family Medicine physician to its private practice in Wilmington, North Carolina. The group includes two internal medicine physicians and ten advanced practitioners. The physician will see patients in a clinic, long‑term care, or assisted‑living setting.
About the Opportunity
A base salary and a potential partnership track are offered after the second year (salary may vary with experience).
A strong benefits package includes health, dental, vision, professional liability insurance, 401(k), and paid time off, including CME.
The practice offers continuity of care for patients in the office, hospital, nursing home, hospice, and home health setting.
Advanced practice providers handle the first call.
Providers average 20 patients daily, primarily ages 40 and above, trending toward a geriatric population.
Full‑time medical social worker and nursing staff of seven support staffing.
