COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
* $300,000 Guaranteed Salary + RVU
* $100,000 Sign on Bonus
* $60,000 Loan Assistance
* $35,000 Housing Stipend
* $15,000 Relocation Assistance

* 8 Weeks ATO + Holiday

* Family Medicine - Outpatient
* 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital
* 5-Day and 4-Day Work Options
* Approximately 16 Patients per Day
* FM, NP & MA Clinic Support
* No Call Responsibilities

* Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
