Job Title: Family Medicine Physician with OB (MD/DO)
Location: Missouri
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (MD/DO) to join a progressive, provider-focused organization where physicians are key stakeholders in clinical and operational decision-making. This opportunity offers full-spectrum Family Medicine with optional Obstetrics in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups.
* Deliver prenatal, obstetrical, and postpartum care (optional but encouraged).
* Perform routine outpatient procedures and preventive care services.
* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
* Optional: Perform hospital-based procedures for additional compensation.
Qualifications:
* MD or DO with completion of Family Medicine residency.
* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
* OB experience preferred or willingness to include obstetrics.
* Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain).
* DEA certification (or eligible).
Schedule:
* Full-time
Compensation:
* Guaranteed base salary for all new physicians.
* Bottom-line productivity-based compensation model with a strong bonus structure .
* Physicians are consistently among the top earners in their specialty .
* Average Salary Range (Missouri - Family Medicine with OB): $280,000 - $420,000+
* Higher earnings possible based on OB volume, RVUs, and hospital procedures.
* Additional income available through optional inpatient and procedural work.
