Job DescriptionJob Title: Family Medicine Physician with OB (MD/DO)
\ NLocation: Missouri
\ NPosition Overview:
\ N We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (MD/DO) to join a progressive, provider-focused organization where physicians are key stakeholders in clinical and operational decision-making. \ NThis opportunity offers full-spectrum Family Medicine with optional Obstetrics in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
\ NKey Responsibilities:
\ N Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups.
\ N Deliver prenatal, obstetrical, and postpartum care (optional but encouraged).
\ N Perform routine outpatient procedures and preventive care services.
\ N Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
\ N Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
\ N Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
\ N Optional: Perform hospital-based procedures for additional compensation.
\ N Qualifications:
\ N MD or DO with completion of Family Medicine residency.
\ N Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
\ N OB experience preferredor willingness to include obstetrics.
\ N Active Missouri medicallicense (or ability to obtain).
\ N DEA certification (or eligible).
\ N Schedule:
\ N Full-time
\ NCompensation:
\ N Guaranteed base salary for all new physicians.
\ N Bottom-line productivity-based compensation model with a strong bonus structure .
\ N Physicians are consistently among the top earners in their specialty .
\ N Average Salary Range (Missouri – Family Medicine with OB): $280,000 – $420,000+ \ N Higher earnings possible based on OB volume, RVUs, and hospital procedures.

Additionalincome available through optional inpatient and procedural work.
