Job description
Calumet Street Christian Church is seeking a Family Ministry Director to lead ministries from birth through 12th grade. You will collaborate with staff, elders, parents, and volunteers to develop cohesive ministry strategies, select curricula, and lead teams with a focus on safe, engaging environments for spiritual growth.
The role combines ministry vision, teaching, pastoral care, volunteer development, event leadership, and administration.
