Job description
NOELA Community Health Center, located in New Orleans, seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care to adults, children, and women's health patients. You will develop assessment and treatment plans, perform examinations, order tests, and educate patients while collaborating with a primary care physician to deliver patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include preventive care, immunizations, screenings and care coordination.
