Job description
Fast Pace Health is seeking a qualified Provider to deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a current DEA license, with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
The provider will lead clinical staff, ensure patient satisfaction, and follow HIPAA and regulatory guidelines. DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days where applicable.
