Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Location: Mount Lebanon Pennsylvania 15228 Pay Rate: $75.00 per hour Shift: M-F 830-730p, Sat 9-530p, Sun 9-430p Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday clinic hours: 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. Saturday clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break. Sunday clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break.
Position Overview
Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based primary and family care in a retail clinic setting. You’ll work with a dedicated clinical care team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of patient needs while supporting strong patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary/family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care planning
Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing as needed
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
Support chronic condition management and wellness/health screening services
Complete clinic administrative tasks such as opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance/collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as part of a collaborative care model
Required Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state you will be working
Family Nurse Practitioner certification
Minimum 1 year of recent NP experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care (required)
BLS required (AHA or American Red Cross only)
Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently/autonomously
Important Notes
Weekend/holiday rotation
DEA registration may be required
Willingness to occasionally float if needed
