Job description
Chapa-De, a nonprofit community outpatient health center in Northern California, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN. Salary ranges from $154,500 to $185,450 full-time annually, with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment opportunities.
