Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) | Outpatient Primary Care
Looking for your next FNP contract opportunity ? This is a great chance to step into a weekday outpatient role where you can make an immediate impact while working in a collaborative clinical environment.
We’re seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in family medicine or primary care to provide comprehensive patient care across a variety of needs - from preventive health and chronic condition management to procedures and same-day clinical concerns.
Location: Seattle, WA
Contract: 14 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday
⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Specialty: Family Medicine / Primary Care
Experience: 2–3+ years of Family Medicine/Primary Care experience
What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive physical exams and preventive health screenings
Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a broad range of patient conditions
Develop individualized treatment and care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic testing
Perform procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate therapies
Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and preventative care
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate, thorough patient documentation
Support and coach nursing staff on clinical best practices
What You’ll Bring
Active, unrestricted Washington RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
Current national NP certification (ANCC or AANP )
Prescriptive authority, as applicable
Current DEA registration
Master’s degree in Nursing
Current BLS certification through AHA, ARC, or equivalent
2–3+ years of family medicine, primary care, ambulatory care, occupational health, or similar clinical experience
