Compensation: $65 - $75 per hour + potential performance-based incentives

We are a new and rapidly growing practice in Houston with two convenient locations , offering a unique blend of family medicine and med spa services . Our focus is on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care that enhances both health and confidence through primary care, aesthetic treatments, and hormone optimization.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese and experienced in aesthetic procedures and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) . This is a full-time opportunity to join a growing practice and play a key role in both patient care and service expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medicine care (acute, chronic, preventive)
Perform med spa / aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical procedures
Evaluate and manage patients for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) , including lab review and treatment planning
Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized care plans
Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and aesthetic options
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Collaborate with providers and staff across both locations as needed
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or ANCC)
Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese (required)
Experience in aesthetic/med spa procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.) (preferred)
Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) (preferred)
Strong background in family medicine / primary care
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Preferred Skills
Aesthetic certifications or advanced training
Experience in a med spa or integrative/wellness practice
Confidence in recommending aesthetic services
EMR/EHR proficiency
What We Offer
