Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a compassionate, mission driven Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative primary care team.

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active or eligible for Georgia licensure
Passion for serving underserved populations
Commitment to team based, patient centered care
Fluency in Spanish is preferred, or a genuine interest in caring for a Spanish speaking patient population.
