Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP - Primary Care
Location: Queens, NY
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP in a primary care setting at a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Monday to Friday schedule.
Perform family health assessments using specialized knowledge.
Prescribe treatment plans and coordinate care with other providers.

Maintain certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Require 1-3 years of experience in primary or acute care settings.
