The Center for Human Development, (CHD)is seeking aFamily Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
The Opportunity: A Clean Slate Are you tired of inheriting a messy, overloaded patient panel? At the Center for Human Development (CHD),we’redoing something radical:we’restarting from scratch. We are seeking aFamily Nurse Practitioner for a brand-new role designed intentionally aroundprovider sustainability andclinical quality .
Youwon’tjust be filling a seat;you’llbe helping us design the chair. You will work collaboratively with leadership to shape the structure of this position, ensuring it works for both you and the community.

Credentials: Master’s or Doctoral degree with FNP Certification and a valid MA APRN license.

Competitive Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 (commensuratewith experience).
