Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide preventive and wellness care.
