Role Overview
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to protocols.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered care, including diagnosing, prescribing, and educating patients across all ages.
Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent service and compliance with clinical standards.
Accurately document patient information, interpret diagnostic data, and follow clinical guidelines.
Order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Participate in team communication, community outreach, and training activities.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and adhere to company values.
Support virtual patient communication and meet patient volume goals.
Attend mandatory meetings and complete all required training.
Assist with onboarding and mentoring new employees.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including on-call responsibilities for certain roles.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) with 1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Active license, DEA, and DOT certification (within 120 days if applicable).
Proven experience in telehealth and outpatient settings, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to interpret diagnostic results and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Compliance awareness and commitment to quality care.
Willingness to participate in community events and outreach programs.
