Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, and provide preventive care and patient education.
