Job description
Cone Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, promote wellness, and support evidence-based, innovative practices.
