Job description
CVS Health Corporation in New Jersey seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in MinuteClinic with both in-person and virtual visits. You will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, while coordinating care with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
You will perform vaccines, preventive counseling, and wellness services, supported by EPIC EHR and collaborative resources.
