Job description
One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, perform acute, chronic, and well visits, and conduct tele-health as needed, collaborating with in-office and virtual clinicians to deliver high-quality, human-centered care.
