Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans
Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience in family nursing
Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Strong knowledge of patient care principles
Familiarity with pharmacology
