Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this dynamic role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage preventive and wellness care, and coordinate services with behavioral health and diagnostic teams. You will use evidence-based practice, advanced clinical skills, and strong EHR documentation to provide patient-centered care.
