Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based care plans. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, using EMR systems to document care and support quality initiatives.
