Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and preventive care.
