Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate patients across the lifespan, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and provide preventive and wellness care. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered, rural-focused setting.
