Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and episodic care to patients of all ages in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You will also promote prevention, wellness, and patient education while practicing in a fast-paced, rural-focused clinic.
