Pay Range
Provided by MavenHealth Solutions.
Base pay: $150,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr. Additional compensation includes annual bonuses and sign‑on bonus.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate Primary Care Provider (NP/PA) to join the leading Functional Medicine organization in Oregon.

You’ll see fewer patients per day (1–2 per hour), focusing on quality and building strong relationships with each patient.
The leadership is changing the industry to avoid provider burnout, allowing clinicians to work 4‑day weeks and choose their patient slot times.

Requirements
2+ years of primary care experience (preferred)
NP or PA
