Family Nurse Practitioner - Northern Illinois Primary Care/Walk-in Clinic
With a growing community comes a growing demand for healthcare services and an exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a team of Physicians and APPs in an outpatient only setting with multiple clinic sites to choose from! With demand for services through the roof, the incoming provider will ramp up quickly. The patient demographic is young, so this is a perfect place for a provider who wants a true range of all ages including pediatrics and adolescents. Enjoy a fully integrated healthcare model and an organization with a patient first mission. The ideal candidate is a Family Nurse Practitioner‑Certified with an Illinois license!
100% outpatient

31 paid days off/year

Schedule: 4 (10‑hour shifts) + dedicated weekday off
