Job description
Adventist Health Delano is actively seeking a mission-minded Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing primary care team in Delano, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient family medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment while serving the healthcare needs of California's Central Valley.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct wellness exams and preventive health screenings
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Promote health education and disease prevention
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Required
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain prior to employment
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
Previous Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $99,288 - $148,933
