Job description
Are you a compassionate, adaptable FNP or PA who enjoys variety and making a meaningful impact in the community?
Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a mission driven Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage across primary care and urgent care services.
This is a flexible, team focused role designed to support the organization when providers are out due to PTO, illness, or other staffing needs.
When the team is fully staffed, you will be working in an urgent care either Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday, offering 10-hour shifts. No weekends!
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including a large Hispanic community, while helping ensure patients continue to have access to high-quality care.

Position Highlights
Full scope primary care and urgent care

Approximately 12 to 18 patients per day when working in primary care

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active or eligible for Georgia licensure
Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to different patient care settings
