Mint Workforce is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an onsite primary care clinic serving employees of a major global technology and electronics company in Thief River Falls, MN.
This 14-week assignment is covering an open permanent position , making it an excellent opportunity to experience the clinic, team, and setting before potentially transitioning into a permanent role.
The Opportunity
$80-$90/hour
Thief River Falls, MN

⏰ 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Onsite Employee Primary Care

Rather than a traditional high-volume healthcare environment, you'll work within an employer-sponsored health center focused on providing convenient, accessible care to a defined employee population.

We're Looking For
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active Minnesota license or ability to obtain
Primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable practicing with autonomy in an onsite health environment
Travelers and relocation candidates are encouraged to apply. Short-term housing can be limited in the Thief River Falls area, so early planning is recommended for candidates traveling for the assignment.
