Job description
Terros Health is recruiting a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for the Oak Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The provider will conduct physicals, evaluations, diagnostics, and treatments, and will educate patients on preventative care within an integrated care setting.
Applicants should hold an AZ FNP license; MSN or DNP is preferred. Spanish or other language skills are a plus, with bilingual pay differentials offered. Competitive benefits and 4-10s schedule available.
