Job description
Health Solutions is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for our Family Medicine/MARC location. You will deliver comprehensive primary care across ages, oversee health maintenance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet PCMH and APM goals.
We offer competitive pay ($135,000-$145,000 annually) and a generous benefits package including holidays, PTO, retirement, insurance, FSA, and wellness programs.
