Job description
Aunt Martha’s Health and Wellness seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver general medical care under physician supervision in Chicago, IL.
The role covers routine primary care, family planning, prenatal services, diagnostics, prescribing, and referrals across Aunt Martha’s locations; IL APRN license with FNP certification and BLS required; occasional evenings/weekends may be needed. Salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
