Job description
Total Care Family Practice in Jesup, GA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered clinic setting. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and educate patients to promote health and well-being, working independently under physician supervision.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of family nursing experience, a master's degree in nursing, and an active NP license, with solid knowledge of patient care principles and pharmacology.
