Job description
CalleoHealth, Ltd. is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care across the lifespan. You will work with the Medical Director and care teams to diagnose, treat, and manage common and chronic conditions in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Location is TBD; base pay is $140k, with union benefits. This role requires NYS RN license and NP certification, plus bilingual Spanish preferred.
