Job description
PeopleOne Health, Inc. in New York seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary and preventive care to patients aged 2 and up.
You will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients, prescribe medications, order tests, and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.This role requires autonomous practice with collaboration, strong communication, and EHR proficiency. A MSN/DNP with CRNP licensure and national certification is necessary, along with DEA, BLS and ACLS.
