Job description
Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness, Inc. seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide general medical care under physician direction at our Chicago location.
The role requires an NP or PA with Illinois APRN licensure and FNP certification, BLS, and willingness to travel to all Aunt Martha’s sites. Expect evening or weekend coverage as needed and a strong commitment to community health.
