Job description
First Choice Community Healthcare INC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical and preventive care under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and a licensed Physician.
The role includes conducting exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, ordering tests, and participating in immunization clinics and health promotion across health centers. Requires Master’s in Nursing and NM NP certification; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
