Job description
Advantagecaredtc is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to manage daily primary care activities for adults and children, under the direction of the CMO. The role coordinates medical services and monitors quality care.
Responsibilities include examinations, ordering tests, documenting findings, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with community health resources. NY licensure and a master’s in nursing are required, with CME credits every two years and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
