Job description
Well Care Community Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary healthcare and patient education in Indiana.
The role includes performing exams, diagnosing and managing illnesses with the Physician, conducting obstetric/STD/Pap exams, lab interpretation, and counseling on birth control as well as Hormone Replacement Therapy. It also covers patient education, long-term care planning, and on-call duties.
