Job description
Family Health Care & Walk-In Center in Woodstock, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established and growing practice. This full-time outpatient role provides primary care and same-day care to patients of all ages; the FNP will practice independently with strong clinical judgment and excellent patient-care skills.
