Job description
Family Health Care & Walk-In Center in Woodstock, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established practice. This full-time outpatient role provides primary and same-day care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on independent clinical judgment and compassionate patient care.
Qualified candidates will hold an FNP certification, an active CT APRN license, and DEA registration or eligibility, with a minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience.
